🌿 Weekly Support Service
A Nervous System–Informed Space for Gentle Support
Not therapy. Not coaching. Just care.
You don’t always need therapy. Sometimes, you just need a place to land — to be seen, to breathe, and to figure out how to make it through the week when life feels too heavy.
Weekly Chronic Illness Support offers a calm, grounded presence to help you move through fatigue, flares, burnout, or overwhelm. It’s designed for individuals living with chronic illness, pain, health-related trauma, or long-term stress who want gentle, consistent care that meets them exactly where they are.
Sometimes, you just want someone who gets it — someone who can walk beside you, help you make sense of the healthcare system, and hold space for everything that doesn’t fit into a 10-minute medical visit. Elysia offers this support as both a healthcare professional and someone with lived experience navigating illness herself.
🌱 What Is Weekly Support?
Weekly Support is a non-clinical, somatic-informed offering that blends nervous system regulation, pacing guidance, and emotional support. This is not therapy and not coaching — it’s a rhythm of connection with a trained practitioner who deeply understands how stress and illness reshape your life, energy, and identity.
This service is especially helpful for those who:
Are living with chronic fatigue, pain, POTS, fibromyalgia, ME/CFS, or other complex health conditions
Want a safe, supportive space to talk through medical appointments or health decisions
Need help emotionally processing your care experience — without being in therapy
Are looking for someone to help you stay grounded through the ups and downs of treatment
Want accountability for pacing, rest, and self-care goals
Feel like you’ve “graduated” from therapy but still want support
Are working on pacing, resting, or avoiding relapse
Are in burnout or recovery and don’t want to navigate it alone
Want a compassionate weekly anchor without needing to explain everything every time
🛠️ What We Might Do Together:

You don’t need to prep anything. You can show up in your robe. You can show up crying. This service is designed with your limitations in mind.
